Thank you all for joining us at Crescent Crown Distributing for this year’s first taping of Mesa Morning Live. This month’s show was sponsored by MD Helicopter and was a huge success. It was nice to see so many new faces at this SOLD OUT taping. Proving once again that Mesa Morning Live really is “Kind of a Big Deal”!
Breakfast was provided by the Hilton Phoenix/Mesa. Chef Ryan and his team out did themselves again. A big thank you goes out to Gary Levine and his entire staff.
The Duttons opened the show with one of their typical high energy performances which showcased how multi-talented they truly are. Cousin Julio even made an appearance at the shows conclusion.
Mesa Mayor John Giles followed the Duttons, giving us an update on the success of Merry Main Street during the holidays. Mayor Giles then introduced our featured guest, Senator John McCain.
Senator McCain gave us a legislative update on what is happening in Washington D.C. and Veterans Affairs and how those discussions affect Arizonans. It was nice to see the humorous side of Senator McCain’s personality. He and host Mark Cordes provided much laughter during his interview.
Our Community Spotlight guest, sponsored by Gateway Bank, was Katherine Cecala, President, Junior Achievement of Arizona. Katherine did a great job providing information about what Junior Achievement does but also on how to get involved as a donor or volunteer.
This month’s episode sponsor was Craig Kitchen, Chief Commercial Officer, from MD Helicopters. Craig and Mark had a very interesting discussion on the many types of MD Helicopters and the services they provide.
Mark Cordes showed his usual brilliance as host. Mark is multi-talented and very much appreciated as the host of Mesa Morning Live. He really knows how to bring out the best in our guests.
We would like to give a special thanks to our “Behind the Scenes” sponsors: Crescent Crown Distributing, Alphagraphics, International Minute Press, Mesa Channel 11, Cobblestone Auto Spa, Hilton Phoenix/Mesa, Phoenix Business Journal and Crowd Mics. We couldn’t do the show without their support.
