November 2015 Show and Wrapup

We would like to start by thanking all who attended the November Mesa Morning Live show, sponsored by Rolfs and hosted by Crescent Crown Distributing. We had a great turnout and it is always nice to see so many new members come and enjoy this unique experience. You can see why Mesa Morning Live is “Kind of a Big Deal”!

A big thank you goes out to Boulders on Southern who provided breakfast. Everything was fantastic!
We started the show off with a bang by having a special check presentation from Ike’s Love and Sandwiches to the United Food Bank in the amount of $2500. The money came from the sales of Sally’s Chamber Club. Congratulations, to both Ike’s & United Food Bank!

The show continued with our episode sponsor, Rolfs, and their President, Francis Tesmer. Francis is a returning guest and such a delight to have on the show because of her dynamic personality. Additionally, Francis surprised the United Food Bank by matching the donation they had just received. Thank you Francis for your endless commitment to giving back to our community.

We also want to thank Chris Quasula, Branch Director with the Boys & Girls Club of the East Valley, Grant Wood Branch for being our Community Spotlight guest sponsored by Gateway Community Bank.  It was great to hear all the good work the Boys & Girls Club of the East Valley does for the community.

Our Featured Guest was Matt Pinfield, Music Industry Specialist and Key Note Speaker for the first annual Mesa Music Festival. Matt was able to give us insight into the music industry through his years of experience as well as new and up and coming artists. His passion for music and the artists that create the music shines through his stories. Thank you for being a part of the show and for supporting this new Mesa music festival.
This month our Mystery Guest, sponsored by the Hilton Phoenix/Mesa was Lou Schwartz from Heal the Hero. Heal the Hero is a group of passionate businessmen and women, nonprofit board members and healthcare professionals banding together for one reason: to assist our veteran’s lead happy, healthy and productive lives.
Would you like a chance to be our Mystery Guest and be interviewed by Mark Cordes?
Be the person who brings the most first-time guests to Mesa Morning Live and you could be on stage next month.
As usual, we owe a great big THANK YOU to the multi-talented Mark Cordes.  We truly appreciate Mark being our host. You keep the show fun and upbeat at all times.

To our “Behind the Scenes Sponsors” we give special thanks:  Crescent Crown Distributing, Alphagraphics, International Minute Press, Mesa Channel 11, Cobblestone Auto Spa, Hilton Phoenix/Mesa, Active Bodies, Phoenix Business Journal and Crowd Mics.  We couldn’t do this show without your support.  This month’s tabletops included: Motor Media/Mesa Music Festival, The Falls Event Center, Ma’am Exams, Mesa Police Department – Alzheimer’s Awareness Month, RedFynn Technologies, Boulders on Southern, Boys & Girls Club of the East Valley – Grant Woods Branch, Ivan Martinez Photography, LLC, Phoenix Business Journal and The Mesa Chamber Ambassadors.  Tabletops are a great and inexpensive way to showcase your business and meet fellow attendees.
